Andree Jillmae Couch was the only child of these two. Her parents lived at 13 Hastings St Marrickville when she died on 17 October 1948.
Death certificate on file 29025/1948. Death stated: Fracture of the skull accidentally caused through falling to the ground from a moving electric train near the railway station at Janalli on 17 October 1948
Anecdotally there was some question as to weather she was pushed. Inquest papers should be available at NSW records. Inquiry held at Sydney 8 November 1948, M Austin was the Coroner.
